1. Digital Product Nature

Gift codes sold through CW365 Pay are digital products. Once a gift code has been delivered, viewed, redeemed, or accessed, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

CW365 Pay is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect email addresses, UPI IDs, mobile numbers, or other user-provided information. Users must verify details before completing purchases.

Refund requests involving suspicious activity, fraud, chargebacks, fake transactions, or policy abuse may be rejected. CW365 Pay reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activities.


7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take several business days depending on banking systems, payment gateways, UPI providers, or financial institutions.


8. Payment Gateway Issues

Temporary delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party services are outside the direct control of CW365 Pay.

Orders cannot usually be cancelled once payment processing has started or once digital delivery is completed.

Cashback, offer rewards, and promotional bonuses may be reversed or cancelled if fraudulent behavior, fake referrals, or suspicious activity is detected.

Users are responsible for redeeming gift codes before their expiration date where applicable. Expired codes may not qualify for replacement or refund.

If users experience technical problems during purchase, they should contact support immediately with screenshots and transaction details for investigation.


15. Abuse of Refund Policy

Repeated false refund claims, chargeback abuse, or intentional misuse of the platform may result in permanent account suspension and legal action where applicable.
